Dancing is an inherent part of Indian Culture. There are different types of
dances in India. There can be two distinct careers : Performing and Teaching.
Choreography
This includes dance composition, grouping of dancers and establishing the
sequence of dances to make up a ballet. Choreographers can work in films.
Stage, television and video music shows.
Courses/Training :
Professional training must start early, running parallel to academics, at the
latest by the age of 10 yrs. Professional training of a dancer includes
practical and theoretical training.
