ABOUT OUR SCHOOL Founder : Rao Bhagadur V.GopalNaidu 1883-1964
SCENE ONE The year 1972 saw the emergence of Sri.GopalNaidu Children's School in the spacious 5 acre land. It had 72 children and 3 teachers at its initial stage. The school has been gradually growing and strong with more strength and all facilities. "The better team quietly conquers" The Board of Trustees under the able leadership of Sri.P.Balasubramanian and family members of our Founder did their utmost to provide all modern amenities required for a progressive model school. Not only excellence in various subjects, Group study and Wide increase of General Knowledge but also Physical Education and Training for life and proper environment are provided for a child to grow into an upright Citizen. Arts and crafts are given great importance in all classes. Computer education is imparted from Std. 3 onwards. The school has a good computer lab and a good library with more books and magazines. SCENE TWO In September 1986 our Children's School was shifted to the present location - the right place where our revered Founder lived and spent most of his life. The School has become a perpetual Monument to Our Founder. The Board of Trustees, Family Members of our Founder and Wellwishers have been a great influence on the staff team. Whatever success the school has had, it is all due to staff team work. They are an inspiration for the sprouting youngestes. Looking back, the school has become a unique one with great tradition. It has been wonderfully successfully throughout the past 29 years. "Offer the Children the best you have in you and at your disposal" is the Motto of our Management. The institution sees that all its Children will blossom into good cultured and useful Citizens. 1997 Silver Jubilee Year. |
