Welcome to www.schoolsindia.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Schoolsindia Services Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Schoolsindia Platform and Services. By accessing or using the Website, Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Schoolsindia provides School Search, School Website Services with Content Management System (CMS), School ERP, Online Admission (including AdmissionPedia, where applicable), Bulk SMS Services, Contest Services and other educational technology solutions.

Users may access the Platform through compatible Devices using supported web browsers, operating systems and a suitable internet connection. Certain features may vary depending on the Device, browser or Service being used.

Some Services require registration and secure login. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames and passwords.

Users should provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, obtain necessary permissions before uploading content and avoid misuse of the Platform.

Schools are responsible for information submitted through School Search, School ERP, Online Admission and other subscribed Services, including obtaining required permissions from parents or authorised persons where applicable.

Depending on the Service, Users may upload or download documents, photographs, certificates, report cards, fee receipts, brochures, logos and other files. Users remain responsible for uploaded content.

Schoolsindia may use cloud infrastructure, hosting providers, domain services, AI technologies, APIs, analytics tools, payment gateways, mapping services, video platforms, social networking platforms, advertising services and other technology partners. Examples include Google Maps, YouTube, Google AdSense, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and similar services introduced from time to time.

Schoolsindia may communicate through email, SMS, dashboards, website notifications, WhatsApp (where applicable) and other electronic communication channels.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available. Planned maintenance, security updates or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Schoolsindia may conduct various contests from time to time, including the HOPE Talent Contest (Art & Essay), which is conducted annually. Participation in contests is voluntary. Registration may be completed offline through participating schools, while online registration may also be available where provided. The Contest may be conducted offline at the respective school premises or as otherwise specified by the school. Details regarding applicable fees, schedules, topics, certificates, prizes and results will be communicated through official Schoolsindia channels or the participating school.

Service charges and GST are governed by quotations, invoices or agreements. Please refer to the Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Schoolsindia is a registered company, and the Schoolsindia name is a registered trademark. The Schoolsindia name, logo, software, content and original material remain the property of Schoolsindia or their respective owners.

Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it. Schoolsindia will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate Services but is not responsible for third-party content or events beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

New features, technologies, AI tools, integrations or communication channels introduced by Schoolsindia shall, unless otherwise stated, also be governed by these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
