Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to www.schoolsindia.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Schoolsindia Services Pvt. Ltd. This Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds and cancellations are managed for the Services offered by Schoolsindia. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to School Search, School Website Services, School ERP, Online Admission (including AdmissionPedia, where applicable), Bulk SMS Services, Contest Services and related educational technology services.

Payments may be initiated through the Schoolsindia Platform using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other internet-enabled Device. Transactions may be processed through authorised payment gateways, cloud infrastructure and secure technology partners.

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged wherever required for all IT-related services. Schoolsindia will issue proforma / tax invoices or payment receipts for eligible transactions.

Fees are communicated through quotations, proposals, invoices, agreements or official communication. Pricing may vary depending on the selected Service and applicable date.

Where the Contest involves a participation fee, the applicable amount will be communicated in advance. Fees contribute towards contest administration, evaluation, certificates, medals, prizes, logistics and related operational expenses.

• Duplicate or excess payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
• If a Service cannot be provided due solely to reasons attributable to Schoolsindia, an appropriate refund, adjustment or service credit may be considered within a reasonable time.
• Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
• Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably practicable.

• Cancellation requests should be submitted by the authorised customer or institution.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
• Work already completed and unavoidable third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, licences or similar expenses) may be deducted where applicable.

If a payment fails or remains pending, Users should first verify the transaction with their bank or payment provider. Schoolsindia will provide reasonable assistance after payment verification.

Payment gateways, banks and financial institutions operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Schoolsindia does not store debit cards, credit cards or internet banking credentials.

New Services, payment methods or technology integrations introduced by Schoolsindia shall, unless otherwise stated, also be governed by this Policy.
